Inherited a chaotic, long-overdue platform project that had passed through multiple project managers. A third-party vendor system requiring deep customization, with misaligned expectations and mounting stakeholder frustration. Restructured the delivery approach, re-established vendor accountability, and turned the project around to a successful go-live—unifying partner operations across 180+ countries.
Led the strategic initiative to introduce an entirely new asset class into a global brokerage’s portfolio. This meant new infrastructure, new regulatory requirements, new liquidity providers, and new risk frameworks—all delivered under a tight timeline. The project opened significant revenue streams and positioned the firm as a multi-asset destination for traders worldwide.
Directed the firm’s first-ever mobile trading application from concept to market. A high-visibility strategic initiative critical for competitiveness in a mobile-first world. Coordinated cross-functional teams across product, engineering, compliance, and UX to deliver a platform that became a core growth driver for the business.
Joined as the company’s first-ever Project Manager and evolved the function into a full-fledged PMO. Built governance frameworks, introduced weighted scoring for project selection, implemented Power BI dashboards for executive visibility, and led a team of five project managers. The PMO became a strategic partner to the executive team, managing ~50 initiatives and multi-million euro programs.
Designed and delivered a computer-based training program that replaced costly in-person sessions for seafarers worldwide. The solution achieved regulatory compliance while dramatically reducing logistics, travel, and instructor costs—transforming how an entire industry segment approached crew certification and skills development.
